🛒 Fulfillment & Tracking Policy

1. Same‑day fulfillment:

   • Orders placed before 13:00 (1:00 PM) on a business day will be processed and handed over to the courier on that same day.

   • Orders placed after 13:00 will be fulfilled the following business day.

2. Business days definition:

   • We operate Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

   • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Tracking number / shipment notification:

   • As soon as the order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a tracking number (via email / SMS).

   • You can use that tracking number to monitor delivery status.
